RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, return the purchased product(s), and/or exchange their size (except for the products described in the following section), without justification, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the products in the order are delivered separately on different dates, the return period will begin from the receipt of the last product.
If the customer returns all the products from their order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the last product, all payments made after the purchase will be refunded, including shipping costs.
If the customer decides to keep some product(s) and, consequently, partially cancel their order, or if the products are returned after the first fourteen (14) calendar days but within the 30-day period, only the price paid for the returned products will be refunded, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision via email at clientes@macson.es.
Conditions for Exchanges and/or Returns
Macson cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (unless it is a defect and/or a quality or manufacturing fault). For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear or face masks cannot be returned. Personalized garments or accessories, or items with alterations, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return Period
You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return any of the products purchased through our online store (except for the items mentioned above).
Free Return Policy
Returns are free as long as they are made in a physical store or at a drop-off point (Post Office) within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For returns with home pickup, a fee of €3.95 will be deducted from the refund at the time of payment. For orders outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the customer will bear the cost of exchanges and returns.

Online Return Procedure
To proceed with a return, click on the following link: https://macson.shipping-portal.com/rp/ , which will take you to our return platform. To process a return, you must use the same email address that was used for the purchase. Once the steps have been completed on the platform, upon receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we have received the product, we will verify and approve that the return of the products is in good condition and meets the conditions mentioned above (with the original packaging, with the labels attached, and all accessories, in the same condition in which they were sent, without being used, washed, or altered), except for the reported defect, if any.
If the return is approved, we will notify you via email with an approximate date for the refund. The refund process may be affected by banking procedures and may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
If the refund amount is incorrect, you can contact our online customer service department via email at clientes@macson.es, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In-Store Return Procedure at Macson Stores
You can return items in any of our stores under the conditions described above. The refund will be made either in cash or by credit card.
Specific Conditions for Returns During Promotions
In the case of returns during promotions, if the purchase amount minus the returned item(s) does not meet the minimum amount required for the promotion, the discount or promotion applied at the time of the initial purchase will be canceled.
Specific Conditions for Exchanges
The customer has the option to exchange any of our products purchased through our online store. To do so, they must follow the return procedure within the specific timeframes and conditions outlined. Once the product has been returned, a new purchase for the desired size or color must be made.
Personalized garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Additionally, you can exchange products for a different size, color, or another item at any of our physical MACSON stores, as long as they are in perfect condition as described above, and the exchange is made within the specified 30-day period.
