USER
The user declares that they are of legal age (18 years old) and have the legal capacity to contract the products offered on the website, accepting and understanding the conditions set forth herein.
The user is responsible for providing accurate personal, banking, and delivery information during the purchase process.
The following is strictly prohibited:
Providing false data or data belonging to third parties.
Impersonating the identity of a cardholder.
Using fraudulently generated card numbers.
The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the user nor for any consequences arising from non-compliance with these rules.
Upon registration, the user must choose a password, which will be received by email. This password is personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for its safekeeping and use.
The company reserves the right to cancel any account if fraudulent, speculative, or bad faith use is detected.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Product selection
The user must select the desired product, review its characteristics (size, color, quantity, etc.), and add it to the cart. Once the selection is complete, they must click “Checkout”.
Data registration
Purchases may be made through a user account, by registering as a new customer, or as a guest, providing only the data necessary to process the order.
Shipping
The user may choose between home delivery or in-store pickup. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the amount, address, or destination country.
Payment
Payments are accepted via bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Bizum, and PayPal.
Order confirmation
Before completing the purchase, the user must review all order details. Once validated, a confirmation email will be sent.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stock shortages or supply issues, the user will be informed immediately and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
If part of the order is unavailable, a partial cancellation will be notified by email, while the remaining available items will still be shipped.
PRICES
The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting already confirmed orders.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (21%). Shipping costs are not included and will be automatically calculated during the purchase process, with the final amount shown before payment.
In the event of an obvious technical or human error in the price of a product, the company may cancel the order after notifying the customer, allowing them to accept the correct price or cancel the purchase. If the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
The company is not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price when the error is obvious and reasonably recognizable.
OFFERS, PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Offers and promotions cannot be combined and are limited to one per person and order, unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of return or exchange, their value will not be refunded.
Codes must be entered before completing the purchase in the designated cart field.

Transactions are carried out through secure payment systems with encrypted data.

Shipping is free for orders over €80 within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders below this amount:

Express shipping: €9.95 (24 to 48 business hours)

International shipping: amount calculated automatically
Important information:
A tracking email will be sent.
A complete and correct address is required.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.
In case of absence, the courier will contact or leave a notice.
The company is not responsible for delays or incidents attributable to external carriers.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase.

Items must be properly packaged and sent to the logistics center:

In partial returns, the customer will bear the management and shipping costs of returned items.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags and unused. After verification, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
A) General return conditions
Returns of used, washed, or damaged items are not accepted except in case of manufacturing defect.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized products are not accepted.
B) Promotions
If after a partial return the order no longer meets the promotion conditions, the promotion will be canceled and the amount recalculated.
C) Exchanges
For online purchases, the product must be returned and a new purchase made.
In-store, exchanges can be made directly subject to availability.
In all cases, items must be in perfect condition, with tags and unused.
