Returns and Exchanges Policy

Product Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

You can return your purchase or exchange the size within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To request it, write to: clientes@macson.es

The product must be returned exactly as you received it:

  • In perfect condition
  • With original packaging, tags attached, and all accessories
  • Not used, washed, or altered

Products That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Used or damaged items (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or altered items
Online Returns and Exchanges

How to do it

  1. Access the returns platform
  2. Use the same email used for the purchase
  3. Complete the indicated steps
  4. Send the package to: Macson Warehouse – C/ Industria, 31, 08551 Tona, Barcelona, Spain

Conditions

  • The customer always bears the shipping costs for the return.
  • We will check the product, and if it meets the conditions, we will process the refund.
  • Refund times depend on your bank and payment method.

Online Exchanges

  • You must return the product first
  • Then you can purchase the desired size or color

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

How to do it

You can return or exchange items for free in any MACSON store within 30 days

Conditions

The product must be in perfect condition (with tags, not used, not washed, and unaltered)

Refund

Processed via cash or credit card

Exchanges

You can exchange for a different size, color, or product

Important: All returns, exchanges, or claims for products purchased in a physical store must be handled directly at a MACSON physical store. The receipt must be presented.

Promotions
  • If you return a product and your purchase no longer reaches the minimum required for the promotion, the discount will be removed.
  • You will only pay the actual price of the items you keep.
