At Macson, we use a very defined control system when packing orders. However, if for any reason you find yourself in this situation, don’t worry. Contact us with your order number and the reference of the missing item so we can review our protocols. Once the error is detected, we will send you the product at no cost to you.
I’ve received the wrong or defective item
In this case, first of all, we want to apologize sincerely. Don’t worry, we will take care of collecting the defective product from your home and send you the correct item again.

I need the invoice for my purchase
If you need the invoice for your purchase, you can request it during the checkout process on our website. If you request it, it will be added to your order along with the delivery note, and we will also send it to you via email.
Remember that, in order to process the invoice, we require some mandatory fields that you will need to complete at that moment.
